Figtree writes procedural documentation specific to your organisation. This would complement Figtree's standard manuals and on-line help and may include such things as flow charts and bitmaps to assist with the ongoing training and workflow of your organisation. Although not compulsory, Figtree recommends that all new users undertake basic training upon the implementation of the system. This is to ensure that users are familiar with all the options and commands within the system to achieve effectiveness and efficiency. Training can be carried out at Figtree Premises or Client site. Your assigned Figtree Representative will advice all the essential training related to the system you have purchased. Training fees vary depend on the number of users involved, the amount of hours/ days needed to conduct the training, location (User’s work location or Figtree Head Office), etc. These details will be included in the agreement between Client and Figtree. Figtree can assure you that all Figtree Trainers are experts in the chosen area of Client’s particular interest and have conducted users training many many times, therefore Clients can be confident to get all the answers for any queries that you might have concern for.
