NTT DATA Figtree systems is proud to announce our success in earning certification for the quality management standard ISO 9001: 2015 for our Head Office in Sydney, Australia. The certification was conducted by accredited, independent audit agency, SAI Global.
ISO 9001: 2015 is an international quality management standard that specifies the requirements for a strong customer focus, the application of an effective management methodology and a process of continual improvement. The certification represents an important milestone in ensuring NTT DATA Figtree Systems’ continued investment in policies, processes and procedures that support quality management.
